- USD Bank Transfer: You can send a wire from your dollar account to our U.S. account. This option is available for investors worldwide.

Yes, all the returns displayed on our platform are net of ongoing fees, such as management, platform, and performance fees. However, it’s important to note that we charge a one-time 2.5% structuring fee at the beginning of your investment.
This structuring fee is not included in the returns calculations, as it covers the costs of creating the investment structure, including legal contracts, investment vehicles, and other setup requirements. The net returns shown reflect the performance of your investment after all other fees have been deducted.

Investments in real estate development projects are designed to be held until completion, at which point returns are distributed. However, if you need to exit early, you can choose to sell your stake before the project ends.
