Through Growie, you can access different real estate projects, choose the one that best fits your profile, and invest 100% digitally. Your investment is backed by a contract and represented by a token that reflects your participation in the project.
Growie manages the structure, administration, and monitoring throughout the entire investment cycle.
What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment starts at US$100, allowing access to projects that were traditionally reserved for large investors or institutional funds.
Does Growie sell properties?
No. Growie does not sell properties or real estate units.
The platform allows you to invest fractionally in real estate projects, participating in the economic outcome of the project according to the type of investment selected.
