Sign and Invest: Electronically sign the investment agreement and fund your account via USD bank transfer or USDC.
What is Growie’s role in each project?
Growie facilitates your investment by selecting projects, designing the legal vehicle, digitally registering your participation, and managing the project's liquidation and any distributions resulting from its performance. Growie is not the project developer, but rather the platform that connects investors with professionally structured real estate projects.
What is the wallet and what is it used for?
The wallet is a digital wallet created within Growie. It is not used to deposit or store money. Its function is to store the tokens that represent your stake in the projects you invest in, acting as a digital backup of your investment.
