You do not purchase individual properties or units; instead, you invest in the equity of structured real estate projects that are selected and managed alongside top-tier developers.
What is Growie’s role in the investment?
Growie facilitates your investment by selecting projects, designing the legal vehicle, digitally registering your participation, and managing the project's liquidation and any distributions resulting from its performance. Furthermore, Growie supports the investor throughout the entire project lifecycle. Growie is not the project developer.
