Growie manages the structure, administration, and monitoring throughout the entire investment cycle.
What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment starts at US$1,000, allowing access to projects that were traditionally reserved for large investors or institutional funds.
Does Growie sell properties?
No. Growie does not sell properties or real estate units.
The platform allows you to invest fractionally in real estate projects, participating in the economic outcome of the project according to the type of investment selected.
